Please be advised that upon accomplishment and submission of online pre-registration form, your enrollment remains on TEMPORARY status pending the submission of requirements and compliance to the enrollment procedure.

*Requirements for Enrollment/Admission:
For NEW Students and TRANSFREES:
Requirements for Admission
1. Form 138 (Report Card)
2. Certificate of Good Moral Character
3. Original/Photo Copy of Birth Certificate (PSA/NSO)
4 Interview (by the Principal)
5. 2 pcs 2x2 ID picture white background
For OLD Students :
1. Settlement of balance account and/ or of the new
enrollment fees
2. Report Card
3. 2 pcs 2x2 ID picture white background

NOTE:
The aforementioned requirements/procedure shall be settled personally in the school, following a designated schedule, as the observance of necessary protocols under the ECQ shall remain in effect.
We can only allow limited transactions per slots in order to strict social distancing.
